Practical Cookery Classes

Below are photos from practical sessions with transition year students in a school in West Dublin this year.  Our dishes  included vegan crumble, tofu and veggie noodle stir fry, pinhead oatmeal cookies, chickpea and veggie curry, gluten free cookies, burittos and mini pavlovas with Greek Yogurk and chia jam and chicken and veggie fajitas.
